Alphabet Large print sent next week...

Hope you are fine. This quick update to let you know that the Alphabet large prints are finally in my hands and I can start shipping them at the end of next week. Sadly, the Cities large print is not ready yet and I hope it will be done very soon now new printer accept to print them. But he needs to find time to print them. 

So if you are waiting for the Alphabet print and order only that, it will be sent next week. If your order includes the Cities large print, I will send both prints together so you need to wait a little more.

2 large prints : good and bad news (but solution is coming)...

I hope you are fine. Sorry to haven't updated you before. I would never imagine these 2 prints would be so long to produce. So, let's start with the good news! 

The Alphabet is finally printed... 

What the printer did not expect is that many details and it was complicated for him to do it, but he did it!   Some photos...

I will have them shipped to me very soon and so on shipped to you just after...

... but not the cities poster!

Sadly the Cities poster has even more details and they just tell me they can not do it on their machine. I found a solution with my other letterpress printer which has a bigger machine and we are working on a solution... I update you as soon as I have more info.

Large Prints update / Type Art Archives Books Collection

Hope you are fine. 

I am really sorry to haven't updated you about the large prints. To explain to you the delay, printing with so many details needs a lot of work from the printer. They asked my all original files from the maps to get sure they get the best of it. It took me a lot of time to provide them with the files and they get a lot of other orders on their side. Anyway, we have now set a delivery date for the end of July. 

On the other hand, the book is sold out for weeks, I decided to do a reprint as a lot of people ask after it now they saw photos of it. But I get ideas for more books so instead of just reprinting, I launch a new Kickstarter to print not one, but 2 more books. The project is now live, and you have a special early bird option for the 2 new books.

Still working on the large prints...

Hope you are fine. We are still working on the large print, at last, the Alphabet and Cities names one.  The NY ones have been sent.  The reason why is longer is that it is a composition with a lot of details and I want to be sure, as well as L'atelier letterpress who is printing them, they have the quality we want. 

But I do not want to let you wait more for the other items. So starting today I will ship the other rewards, books, postcards, and small prints. The large print will come when ready.
